Mr. Dinesh Singh Rawat is a visionary legal innovator, researcher, and reform advocate leading the transformation of India’s justice and arbitration ecosystem. As the Founder and Chairman of GAMF, he has been instrumental in establishing GI&MAC at GIFT City — a modern, technology-integrated arbitration and mediation centre aligned with UNCITRAL Model Law, the New York Convention, and IFSCA’s Expert Committee Recommendations.

Mr. Rawat founded Dinesh Singh Law Associates (DSLA) in 2014 with the motto “Justice is Everybody’s First Natural Right.” Under his leadership, DSLA has expanded its presence from District Courts to the Supreme Court of India, handling complex civil, criminal, and arbitration matters with research-driven legal strategies.

He also chairs the Association for Judicial Reforms, India (AJRI), through which he advocates for systemic judicial reforms, transparency, and the use of digital technology for efficient justice delivery.
